Hey there! I’m Jeremy, an Industrial IoT expert and proud IT-nerd. I’ve been coding since I was 14 years old and studied Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration at RWTH Aachen. I have a proven track record in leadership and project management having successfully led over 20 projects and founded two companies: ia: industrial analytics GmbH and the United Manufacturing Hub, where I am currently serving as the CTO. In my current role, I’m building and architecting large-scale IT/OT infrastructures and sharing my experiences through various mediums such as blog articles, magazines, and YouTube videos (see further down). My work has been widely received, with over 20,000 reads and over 10,000 views.
I have a very broad and practical knowledge in IT. My education in mechanical engineering and business administration has equipped me with both theoretical and practical skills in these fields. When I’m not working, I enjoy playing computer games (e.g., League of Legends, Stellaris or Kerbal Space Program), reading up on the latest tech trends (esp. reddit, Heise, or Hacker News), and from time to time skydiving.
Previously, I’ve also served as chairman of a local board for bonding studenteninitiative e. V., Junior Knowledge Analyst for McKinsey & Company in Singapore and as a technical project manager for the Digital Capability Center Aachen.
